Selected experience

For the last decade, my work has focused on helping organisations realize and report the value of nature. I have experience working with non-profits, academia, government and the private sector. Below is a selected summary of my experience.

I am Head of Impact Delivery at BE IMPACTFUL, an expert consultancy specialising in climate, nature and community impact. I work on climate and nature strategies for large multinationals integrating biodiversity and climate risks into core business strategy, alongside providing advisory services related to voluntary carbon markets and nature-based solutions.

I am a part of ReFarm’s research team based out of Trinity College Dublin. I am researching the design of innovative payment structures for farmers, working with corporates to define reporting and metrics from the on-farm pilot, aligning with emerging frameworks such as CSRD, TNFD and SBTN.

I worked with KPMG for three years as Nature & Biodiversity Lead for the EMEA Region. My key achievements include: supporting the Government of Ireland in developing the 4th National Biodiversity Action Plan; developing nature roadmaps for companies across sectors, aligning to regulations and frameworks such as TNFD, CSRD, SBTN; and delivering nature & biodiversity training for C-Suite and Board teams.

Lifes2good is a family foundation that brings people together to protect landscapes, improve livelihoods, and drive systems change. I worked as a Strategic Advisor to the organisation, prepared the annual impact report and refining the sustainable land use strategy, for which we developed three core funding themes of ‘Restoring Landscapes’; ‘Farming with Nature’ and ‘Sustainable & Healthy Food’.

August 2025 to March 2026

I worked as a Technical Advisor to Peatland Finance Ireland, a national initiative to bring private finance into peatland restoration. I researched mechanisms to finance peatland restoration at scale, conducted research on additionality and Forest-to-Bog projects and helped develop the pipeline of restoration projects.

I worked as Executive Coordinator of Natural Capital Ireland, a national non-profit promoting the natural capital approach. Activities included briefings for policymakers on natural capital and design and delivery of Ireland’s first Data 4 Nature conference.

I worked as Water Programme Manager for CDP, a global non-profit specialising in corporate disclosure. My work involved analysing corporate water data, preparing the Global Water Report, and training corporates and investors in water stewardship.
